Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for Launchioo Pro.

We keep things simple.

Launchioo offers a 7-day refund window on first-time Pro purchases. If you try the product and feel it's not the right fit, you can contact us or email support@launchioo.com within 7 days of your initial payment for a full refund.

We don't ask for justification or run you through a process. If it's not working for your workflow, we'd rather you not feel locked in.

After the 7-day period, all subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time.

Fair usage expectations

Launchioo is designed to be actively used inside your development workflow — scanning pull requests, reviewing findings, and monitoring repository changes over time.

We don't place strict usage limits on Pro during normal use. However, we reserve the right to review accounts that show unusual usage patterns that fall outside intended product behaviour (for example, automated bulk scanning or attempts to extract data in ways unrelated to normal development use).

Free tier

The Free tier is provided as a way to evaluate the product before upgrading. Because of this, refunds do not apply to Free usage.

Chargebacks

If there's ever an issue with billing or access, please contact us first. We'll always try to resolve it quickly — chargebacks are usually slower and more disruptive for both sides.

Why this policy exists

We built Launchioo to be a development tool that integrates into your workflow, not a one-off scanner. The refund window exists so you can evaluate real value inside your own repositories without pressure.

After that, ongoing usage is what the subscription is for — continuous protection, monitoring, and visibility across your codebase.
